We are a factory established in 1998 with more than 300 workers, located in Guangzhou.
What is your standard delivery time?
For standard size models with material in stock (less than 500 pcs), delivery is 3-7 days. For customized orders, it generally takes 7-15 days. We can complete production within 15 days for up to 9 containers (under 332 CBM).
What are your payment and trade terms?
We require a 40% deposit, with the remaining balance cleared by T/T before delivery. Credit card, TT, and Alibaba platform payments are accepted. Standard trade terms are EXW or FOB, with others negotiable.
Can you manufacture according to OEM and ODM designs?
Sure, we have very rich experience in customizing shelves according to clients' specifications.
What support is provided if installation problems occur?
