Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory established in 1998 with more than 300 workers. Our factory is located in Guangzhou.

What is your delivery time?
For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock; for less than 500pcs, 3-7 days is sufficient. For customized models, the delivery date depends on the quantity—generally 7-15 days. We can finish production in 15 days under 332 CBM (about 9 containers).

What are your payment and trade terms?
Generally, our payment term is a 40% deposit, and the balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery. Credit card, Alibaba platform, and TT payments are welcome. For trade terms, we generally use EXW or FOB; other terms can be negotiated.

Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) limitation?
We don't have an MOQ limitation. However, if you don't have other goods to share the container and the quantity is less than 10pcs, we sincerely recommend purchasing at your local market due to high international freight costs.

What if we encounter problems during installation or cannot install it?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every shelf type. If needed, our engineers can guide you via phone, video call, or video instructions free of charge. For mezzanine floor projects or large operations, we can also dispatch technical staff or an installation team to manage the site installation.

What is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack, and what warranty is provided?
The difference lies in the uprights: a main rack is the starter unit with 2 uprights, while an add-on rack connects directly with only 1 upright. All our racking products come with a warranty ranging from 3 to 5 years.
