Does Jracking have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) limitation?
There is no strict MOQ restriction; however, larger order volumes yield better freight and unit pricing. For regular products, an order volume suitable for a standard 20ft container (approximately 15 tons) is recommended.

How are tooling and new mold fees handled?
When customized tooling is required, the mold charge is applied upfront prior to the initial order. This cost is eligible for partial or full refund once total orders reach the agreed milestone quantity.
