Cargo Fixation
Ropes, straps, frames and other devices secure mezzanine rack components in transport to avoid movement/collision from vibration, sudden stops or turns. Heavier parts (uprights, beams) use multi-layer reinforcement for stability.

Rubber pads, foam boards and other shock absorbers are placed at the base and around goods to absorb transit vibration, protecting the rack's surface and structure-critical for preventing coating damage on treated racks.

What is the raw material used for your products?
The raw material standard for our normal temperature warehouse racks is carbon steel Q235B. For cold storage at minus 18 degrees Celsius or lower, Q345D steel is adopted. Other steel grades can be customized according to your specific operational needs.

Do you have any MOQ (minimum order quantity) limitation?
No, we do not have an MOQ requirement for most products. Normally, a 1*20ft container order is recommended to optimize freight costs and ensure smooth handling.

What are your delivery times and payment terms?
Delivery time depends on the order volume and rack types, normally taking 15 to 30 days following receipt of deposit. Both T/T and L/C payment methods are accepted.

How will the racks be installed on-site?
