Q1Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory that was founded in 1998 with more than 300 workers.
Q2What is your delivery time?
For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock. If the quantity is less than 500 units, production time only takes 3-5 working days. For customized models, the delivery time depends on the quantity—generally 7-15 days. We can complete production within 15 days for orders up to 9 containers.
Q3What are your terms of payment and trade?
Usually, payment is 40% T/T deposit or down payment, with the balance cleared before delivery (other payment terms can be negotiated; credit card and Alibaba platform accepted). In general, we trade under EXW, FOB, or CIF terms.
Q4Can you produce goods in OEM and ODM design?
Sure, we have very rich experience in customizing shelves according to your specific warehouse layout and load capacity requirements.
Q5What if we encounter problems or need assistance during installation?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelving. If needed, engineers can guide you via phone, video, or FaceTime. For mezzanine floors or large projects, we can also provide technical personnel or a professional team to handle installation.
Q6What is the warranty period and packaging standard?
We provide 3 to 5 years warranty. Storage racks are generally flat packed with air bubble film, and custom packing such as wooden cases is available upon request.
